Carmalandscape answers questions about gear, digital licenses, warranties, and orders by email. We do not publish a phone line, and we do not list a street address. If you already placed a cart, include the product names so the reply can be specific.
Messages are read Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Notes that arrive outside those hours wait until the next working morning. Product advice is free. We would rather talk you out of the wrong laptop than ship a machine you will resent.
